The main objective of the program is to ensure that all the stakeholders i.e. Teachers, Parents and most importantly the Students get to understand the importance of career education, career planning and how to link education to the world of work for a focused and clear approach in live to achieve success.

Dheya also has been working with many government and social organisations like World Bank, UNDP, BARTI, NSDC and various state governments including Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra, J&K etc. on projects to impact and guide the youth for a productive life.
