Amdocs Volunteers went through a 9-hour training program that helped them understand the importance of Career Education and career planning for students. In the 2-3 days of the training program, 28 volunteers went through rigorous training and gained clarity on how they can play a role in the holistic development of students.

Subsequently, as a part of Amdocs CSR initiative, Career Guidance of around 220 student associated with Teach for India from New Delhi Govt school was conducted. Several Senior Dheya Mentors formed part of this activity. The sessions were conducted online. All the students also gave the psychometric assessment so that our mentors could understand them better.
After mapping their personality, the mentors recommended them suitable careers i.e., jobs/ self-employment based on their inclination, work experiences, and skill set. They also suggested tentative directions to achieve their desired goal. Students were then asked to explore and finalize one career destination under the guidance of our mentors. This was a huge event for us but thanks to our mentors and their resilience and motivation towards our cause, it went by very smoothly
