FIDA (Friends for India’s Development and Assistance) is an NGO started by group of friends from Loyola college Pune, to provide scholarships to meritorious EWS students, since last 12 years. Dheya has been collaborating with FIDA since 2019 to provide the professional service for Career guidance, creating a developmental path and mentoring to these students through a long term program. Dheya has impacted more than 20 FIDA students together till date.
On 3rd Dec. 22, we started the 3rd batch of FIDA students mentoring program.  It’s a matter of great pride and honor for Dheya that an organisation is able to see the impact and difference which Dheya is making to FIDA students, speaking so highly about the guidance services provided and giving Dheya continuous opportunities to work with their subsequent batches of students.
It is the best testimonial for Dheya and its work. However, it now becomes imperative for us to put in more efforts, improve our performance and maintain their trust.

We urge other NGOs and Social Organisations working in the Education and Youth development sector, to join hands and make a better impact together.
