A Path Towards a Brighter Future- Career Guidance Sessions for Challenged Beneficiaries
Dheya, in partnership with the Society for the Education of Challenged (SEC), recently conducted a career guidance program on April 13, 2023, for its second batch of students. The program aimed to empower challenged beneficiaries with personalized guidance and advice from senior Dheya Career Mentor, Mr. Vihar Bhagwat. He provided individual attention to each student, taking into account their unique personality traits, health condition, socio-economic background, and educational qualifications. With personalized guidance and support, each individual can take the necessary steps to achieve their career goals and lead a successful life.
The feedback received from the SEC was highly positive, with appreciation for Mr. Bhagwat’s meticulous analysis and personalized guidance.
“We would like to appreciate and thank Mr. Vihar Bhagwat for taking time to meet our beneficiaries at our center.
It was nice to get inputs from him as he did a deep analysis of the beneficiary’s personality, socio-economic factors and educational background, combined together to understand the career path ahead for each individual. As he communicated with the students in their regional language, they were able to understand the advices and suggestions with broad mind. They felt comfortable as good rapport built, hence opened up to the mentor through which it was easy to pin point the weakness and strengths of the beneficiary.
Overall the sessions were inspiring and uplifting. Concluding to the areas where the students can work or put in extra efforts, we were able to set goals for each.
We look forward to more help and guidance in future. Thank you Dheya team for your sincere cooperation.”
Overall, the career guidance sessions were a great success, providing the beneficiaries with the necessary tools to build a brighter future. The Dheya team remains committed to providing sincere cooperation and support to the SEC and looks forward to more opportunities to empower the challenged beneficiaries in the future.
