In today’s date, scenario for jobs, careers and market demand is continuously changing. Parents are confused on what is right for their children and children on what’s to be chosen as the career.

Keeping this in mind, Dheya conducted a career guidance workshop for parents and students of Kharga Sappers on 14th July with an objective of making parents and children aware of various contemporary, trending and futuristic careers to make the appropriate choices. We received a huge response for  workshop with more than 600 parents and students attending it. The workshop has helped the parents understand that every child is unique and having positive environment at home to incubate their strengths is necessary.
