“In the modern world, the world of career is constantly changing and it is urgent for students to progress according to their taste by choosing new emerging careers, said Mr. Anand Desai, Founder & CEO of Dheya Career Mentors during the inauguration of Career Education Employability Program (Career Lab) at Mahavir Mahavidyalaya.

Mr. Desai said that, Education enables all-round development of students for academics. Now, they have to prepare beyond the curriculum while choosing a trending career by avoiding declining employment sectors. For that, this joint initiative of Mahavir Mahavidyalaya and Dheya Career Mentors will be useful.”

Dheya Career Mentors in Collaboration with Mahavir Mahavidyalaya, Kolhapur has started a Career Lab program for holistic development of the youth as per the market requirements and connecting them with local job opportunities through our mobile app based digital platform Kaaryam.

The program was launched in the college with Orienting the parents and students about the benefits and process of the program on 19th and 20th Sep 22.
