Mahavir Mahavidyala is a Senior secondary school and college with the State Board for Low-income group students in Kolhapur. Though an old college, it’s forward-looking & modern in thinking and wants to provide the best opportunities to their students.

Dheya connected with the college and oriented all the teachers and staff about the requirements of Career planning by the students. We also conducted 6 hrs online Career Guru certification program for Senior and Junior school teachers, which convinced them about the impact of having a Career lab in the school. Then after final talks with the Board of School trustees, Dheya will be setting up a Career lab in the College, where in the students will be provided:

• Awareness about trending & futuristic careers
• Personality Development & Work readiness programs
• Career Planning
• Job (Full time / Part-time / Internships) opportunities through the implementation of our mobile app-based digital platform “ Kaaryam”
