Kashyap Shiksha Foundation based in Panipat, Harayana is actively working towards helping the underprivileged girls find purpose, employment and providing them with a space in which they can excel. They are constantly connecting the local girls to employment opportunities and other self-development activities.

Rajni Kashyap is one such beneficiary of this foundation. Hailing from an EWS family in Haryana, Rajni is an international-level boxer that has been breaking records in boxing for the past 5 years. However, she was uncertain about her future as she was extremely concerned about her boxing career not being able to sustain her financial future.

The Kashyap Foundation connected Rajni Kashyap and Dheya. We carried out her psychometric assessment and career guidance, which has helped her gain clarity on her future. Our aim was to provide her with alternate career paths that will go hand in hand with her boxing career. Following our advice, she is currently pursuing her graduation from the KUK University, Haryana and is aiming to win a gold medal for India in the next Olympics.
